Pricing

Our laboratory offers free diagnosis and device, because we consider that unless we have identified the correct issue we have to solve we cannot estimate the right cost. Generally, repairing costs do not exceed 50% of the costs implied by buying a new motherboard or equipment.

 

Warranty

Our main purpose is to fix every element you send to us and return it in perfect running order. We offer warranty in accordance with the terms of agreement set by the contract we have signed with you.

 

Tracking

The integrated tracking system allows you to identify at any moment the transition of your repairing process. Tracking is made possible by using your bar code or the product series number we give you when you bring in the equipment.

Diagnosis and evaluation

The main factor that influences cost is the damage value. Other factors: the cost implied by purchasing needed spare parts may also influence the final value of your repairing process, the time spent testing the equipment in order to ensure it is in running order. Diagnosis is necessary in order to estimate the final cost.

 

Repair

Our service department ensures complex repairing processes for electronic components. The tasks are professionally administered and executed by well-trained engineers who can perform correct diagnosis and repairing on motherboards as well as PBC multi-layer mother boards.

The repairing procedure includes:

  • in-depth cleaning of boards
  • rebuilding damaged circuits
  • building work schemes partly or fully, if necessary
  • circuit analysis in order to uncover flaws
  • replacing damaged components
  • preventive replacement for components that could cause further damage
  • software/firmware/bios back-up
  • delivery towards testing area

 

Components inventory

The components are being replaced with spare parts belonging to our inventories, but there are cases when it is necessary to import several spare parts directly from the producer/distributor. Our past experience has given us the possibility to build up good communication means with European, Asian and American manufacturers, therefore we also give you the benefit that, in accordance with our contract, we can cover any need of component required by the repairment process.

 

Testing

Testing the equipments is the most delicate phase of the repairing process. This is why we have built special testing areas, fully equipped, and our technicians guarantee that these devices meet all the required standards and they are fully functional.

On demand, we also provide the following services:

  • Delivering the equipments from/to your address
  • Transportation can be made possible by using any of the following companies: DHL, UPS, Fan Curier, Nemo Express

Storage/Handling/Tracking

Large equipments and voluminous packages containing more than one equipment can be stored by our company, will be handled using special machines and we also offer an integrated information system designed for tracking your equipment.

 

Assembly/Disassembling

If it is impossible for you to send us just the damaged electronic boards, we have a solution: our assembly-dissassembly service, that allows you to send us the full equipment and we will handle it properly.
